Distress and Mica workshop

During this very busy workshop we used a number of techniques combining Distress inks and mica pigments. Everyone managed to complete two cards and the third was almost finished, just needed some cutting and mounting. We didn't have time for photos but here are the cards we made.

Just Cards Workshop...

Thank you for a lovely afternoon crafting ladies.  There was a lot of cutting involved but we ended up with three lovely cards suitable for many different occasions. Sx

Sneaky peaks...

Here are a few photos of some up and coming workshops here in the Barn.  Not the whole picture of course!  That would be spoiling things!  The finished items are in the shop now so you can take a better look.

This is one of the cards we will be making in the 'Just Cards' workshop on Wednesday 19th March, 1pm-3:30pm.  We will be using a beautiful stamp from Stampendous & inking & spritzing our own background.

This workshop is 'A Cupboard for your Keys' on Saturday 29th March, 10:00am-3:30pm.  This is a mixed media class where we will be using Fresco Paints, inks, waxes,  glossy accents & some stunning Marion Smith papers.

Exciting updates

Got a few updates to share with you. Lots of new exciting products in store. JOFY stamps, masks and special edition Fresco paints. Lynne Perrella stamps, Darcy stamps, Lin Brown stamps, masks and her own collection of Fresco paints. Creative expressions Gltter pastes have been very popular since they arrived on our shelves and we also have Spectrum noir pens to tempt you. Lots more expected soon.

Yesterday's box workshop. A great bunch of ladies joined me to make this box and we even had time to make a mini book to match. 

The beautiful Graphic 45 Couture collection was used to decorate this configuration box and Botanical Tea to construct and decorate this Book Card. 

We have a beautiful display of By the Sea makes and Natalie has worked her magic with the Craftwork Cards collections. New one has just arrived!
